The current build exposes a legacy crosswalk hub only for layers already present in the local source-backed site. Historical source requirements are tracked on the concordance sources page.

• NIC 2008 is retained as the local legacy converter base for current NIC 2025 candidate pages.
• NCO 2004 is exposed where parsed NCO-2015 profession hubs include an equivalent legacy code.
• HSN, SAC and InSCED historical-version pages are intentionally not generated until official concordance files are loaded locally.

Candidate mappings are discovery aids, not filing advice. The page copy labels them as such when the local data cannot prove a direct one-to-one replacement.
