The project can accept correction reports, broken source links, hierarchy issues, metadata problems and requests to clarify independent reference wording.

The site cannot issue official legal guidance, accept filings, confirm regulatory outcomes or replace final validation against government forms and official MoSPI publications.

When reporting a problem, include the page URL, the NIC code, the exact issue and the source you believe supports the correction. That makes review faster and safer.
