What to include in a correction report
The more precise the report, the easier it is to verify safely against source files.
- The exact page URL and, where relevant, the NIC/NCO/HSN/SAC/InSCED code.
- A short description of what appears wrong or unclear.
- The official source URL, file name, page number or row reference if you have it.
- Whether the issue is a source mismatch, broken link, translation problem, layout bug or methodology concern.
