Editorial Policy

Editorial Policy

This site is designed as an independent reference tool, not as a pseudo-official authority signal.

Trust rule

Official source files come first. Independent summary text, FAQs and use-case guidance are clearly treated as editorial layers built on top of the source truth.

What is not fabricated

The project does not fabricate affiliations, credentials, government relationships, case studies, legal certainty or direct source statements that do not exist in the underlying documents.

Correction policy

If a page is inaccurate, outdated or unclear, it should be corrected or narrowed. Thin or duplicate pages should not be scaled out just to capture indexable URL space.
