Risk score methodology

Score = round((factors_passed / factors_total_excluding_na) * 10). Factors with status n/a are excluded from the denominator. If all factors are n/a, the block is hidden.

Each factor stores status (pass/fail/n/a), one-line evidence, and source URL. This methodology page is an internal project standard, not an external certification framework.
